Shipment processing time

​

All orders are delivered within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and national holidays. Most orders within Gauteng are delivered on the same day they are ordered or the next day, while orders in the rest of the provinces are delivered within 3 days of order placement.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example during the Black Friday or Christmas period, there may be a delay in the processing of your order, but we will communicate these changes with you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only ship within South Africa and to areas covered by the Courier Guy. If you do not fall within these areas, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 working days.

 

We also offer collections from our physical address, Unit 2, 18 De Wet Street, Bedfordview, Gauteng, 2007 which is completely free.

 

If you choose to collect your parcel from us, it will usually be ready within 24 hours from the order time, excluding weekends and public holidays, but you will receive an email notifying you when it is ready for collection. The below table shows our shipping rates:

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

​

Once your order has been placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes, and once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email which contains the tracking number for your order. This email will contain a link which will direct you to the Courier Guy’s website where you will be able to track your order.
