Your Right to A Refund

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a refund if the item is:

• Not able to be used as expected. This means that the item does not do what you expect such as it is not wearable or does not function properly.

• Defective and you were unaware of the defect before purchasing the product.

• Low quality, i.e. not of the quality you expected before you purchased the product.

Refund Conditions

​

Due to hygiene reasons, no jewellery is eligible to be returned unless it was received damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are also not responsible for replacing rings where the incorrect ring size was purchased. The responsibility falls completely on the purchaser to make sure they purchased the correct size.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns up to 7 days after receipt of your order. This is to minimise the chance of items being used/worn and damaged and then returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To start a return, you can contact us at allthatglittersza@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged goods. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of returning an order will be paid completely by the purchaser.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
