Payment Policy

All That Glitters uses Yoco, PayStack and Peach payment gateways which integrates with our hosting platform Wix in order to process transactions. Through their gateways, we accept most major methods of payment such as MasterCard, QR, instant EFT, and Visa as well as others. These options are available to all users once they check out with items in their cart and are directed to the payment page.

We only offer jewellery on our site for a one-time charge which is clearly marked on the product page as well as on the checkout page. We never take more money than is shown on the checkout page and we never ask for recurring payments or a subscription fee. We require immediate payment on the checkout page and do not accept cash on delivery or at any point in the purchasing process. We also don't offer goods on consignment or lay-by.

We will always provide you with the exact products you ordered on our website and that you paid for, and if we are out of stock, we will refund you for the missing product/s immediately, though this may take a few days for your bank to process and for it to reflect in your account

The total charges you incur when purchasing jewellery from us are:

  • The total price of the jewellery you selected that is in your cart at the time of checking out. These prices will be the same prices that were shown to you on the product page, minus any valid discounts we have, which will be calculated and subtracted at the checkout step.

  • A shipping fee which is based on your order price and location. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

These charges will be clearly visible to you at checkout and no other hidden fees will be charged without your knowledge.

We offer refunds for defective goods as long as we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of your goods. This is to prevent people from wearing our products, damaging them and then returning them to us used. As we sell jewellery, this is a hygiene concern and we cannot resell used jewellery.
