What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as it would be unhygienic to be worn by anyone else. However, if your order is defective or damaged and it is unworn and in its original packaging, we will accept a return within 7 days of arrival to you and you will be refunded in full as soon as possible. What delivery options are available?
Within South Africa we use The Courier Guy as our courier company. For international shipments we use DHL and you can contact us for pricing.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of R80 on all orders in Gauteng and R100 for the rest of the provinces and free for all orders above R800 within South Africa. For international shipments please contact us for pricing as it depends on the destination and weight of the shipment. 

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
We cannot guarantee what duties/fees you will be charged when your parcel enters your country and the purchaser is completely responsible for paying these costs. 

When will I receive my order?
You should receive your products within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. You can check the status of your order through the track and trace feature on the Courier Guy's website. If it has been longer than the normal period and you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will try to resolve this immediately. For international shipments, times can range from a few days to 2-3 weeks depending on customs and distance from South Africa.

What payment methods do you offer?
We use Paystack, Peach and PayPal as our payment gateway and accept most major cards, QR, EFT etc.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
If your order is defective, we will accept a return within 7 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full as soon as possible. For more information please see our Refund Policy.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to amend your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been packaged or handed over to the courier company, we cannot make any changes to it.

Where are you located?
We are located in Bedfordview in Gauteng, South Africa. You can contact us to arrange a private viewing.

Does your jewellery tarnish?
Even though our jewellery is made from top quality materials, it is plated and will therefore tarnish over time like all plated jewellery. You can check out our jewellery care guide to make sure your pieces last as long as possible.

How do I figure out my ring size?
We have a handy Ring Size Guide that will walk you through how to determine your ring size. You can also get your fingers professionally sized for free at most jewellers. We are not responsible for wrong ring sizing and cannot offer free exchanges or returns if this happens. The purchaser will have to pay for the courier to replace the ring/s if requested.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
If your question hasn't been answered here, please feel free to Contact Us via email, Whatsapp, phone, on Facebook or Instagram, or through our contact form and we will get back to you asap.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you don't receive your order confirmation email after 30 minutes.

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone but you can Whatsapp us or message on Facebook or Instagram to place an order.

Where is your jewellery sourced?
We source our jewellery from a variety of places to ensure the best quality and prices, this mostly includes Europe and Dubai.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do. Please Contact us to discuss pricing.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of all our emails if you'd like to unsubscribe from our mailing list. If you still receive emails after unsubscribing, please contact us and we will manually remove you.

Do you work with influencers?
Definitely! Please get in touch with us via email, Whatsapp, phone, our contact form or on social media to collaborate.
